1. MARKETING EXECUTIVE
- Plan, execute, monitor and evaluate online & offline marketing campaigns
- Create, develop, schedule & maintain social media content & posting.
- Having good communication with customers, include resolving issues.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Handling internal & external partnerships, including marketing communications with all partners.
- Measure, analyze and utilize various data sources to explain drivers of business performance.
- Bachelor degree with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Communications & Public Relations.
- Have experience in Marketing field, experienced in digital marketing will be a plus.
- Have a good eye & taste on visual communication design & content.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Able to work in a team and have a proactive attitude.

3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Job descriptions :
• Accountable for the development and delivery of the partner engagement and retention strategy
• Sign on more used car dealerships partnership with Carsome Indonesia
• Build and mentor a team, encouraging cultural inclusiveness and sharing of plans, objectives and results
• Increase trust among used car dealers and identifying those that are active and not active
• Increase the number of participating used car dealers on the Carsome platform
• Ensure high retention rate & increase partners dealers • Accountable for partner loyalty and retention
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Held Sales or BD roles in the past, preferably at managerial level
• Experience working with outsourced teams or vendors on sales
• Speaks local language
• Has good connections in local market
• Accustomed to working against clear KPIs
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in events planning is a plus point
Desired Skills and Experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
• Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
